Writing begins with attention.
I am a writer and educator enrolled in FIU’s Creative Writing MFA program. My workshops combine clear instruction, conversation, examples, and time to write. Participants notice more, trust their instincts, and leave with work of their own.
I have led poetry workshops for veterans at the Miami VA, presented a workshop at The Bass, written with students at Cristo Rey Miami High School, and worked in library and community settings.
