The time has come—the holiday where we wait: for the end, for the last word, & for the beginning, the clean slab slate, the bygones being bygone. And where else should we do our cheerful duty, our due diligence in waiting for the coming year, except for the beach? Does the Sun, on rising in the morning over Miami not stop at its favorite ventanita on the sea for its colada? Is that not what gives the sun here its fire & oomf? And so we toast our champagne to the final night of 2024, and we prepare to toast our cafe with the new sun of 2025!
