Love, Honesty, Opia - Cassandra by chris the poet "The eyes, chico, they never lie," -Tony Montana (Scarface ) So many lovely liars in so many false masks of honesty Such pretty masks, such handsome masks But though a mask lies upon the whole of one's There must always be two holes worth of exposed soul for the opia ,, for that ambiguous intensity of piercing stares exchanged, for good hearts to revel in mutual inner light, andfor the sun of truth to rise on liars' nights of deception, turning them to stone.
