Finding Peace

Transcription
It's a beautiful sentiment to say: peace is within you to say:peace is yours to make, to say: peace is your responsibility, purely....a beautiful sentiment indeed, and empowering to she who would be free of the shackles of this world constantly weighing us down, jangling their terrible, stressful, song. And if you can birth peace from nothing like water from a rock, then I will leave behind my life and follow you. I do not doubt you. But, if finding peace is your theme in these trying times, then I'll ask you to share what secrets you have for this tumultuous poet's soul, and I will share mine: fly to nature as fast as you may, take every moment they'd steal without thanks or regard, and give it to a tree, it will keep your time. Let the malignant noise and waves of the misaligned that sink like a coffin, chained, sink still, through the bottoms of your bare feet into the Earth where dead things belong. Sit before a stream and watch. Approach a bush, and talk. She can take it, the world. You simply cannot, or you will collapse into the void.
