Much is said about how souls come to this world—whether it be pure matter, a matter divine, chance, or a choice made in the great beyond... Some opine the similitude of all spirits, that we are all shards of one single great soul...and that may be so, but some souls seem to shine brighter than others—a truth oft revealed in the eyes— and some folks move truer through this world–a quality whose roots seem buried in some aspect deeper than the body or mind... Born rich, born poor, born rude, or royal–divine eyes are born in castles and mangers, their thrones live alike in the faces of beasts and queens... We learn from their vantage, we yearn to see through their eyes; they teach us to see the beauty in life, to steer clear of danger...but all the while, in their private hours, they scan the horizon, looking for what they feel, in their bones, is waiting out there...and their intuition is true–Sebastian and Cindy could tell you: the symmetrical shard, the half-orange sunrise, the partner, the soul-match promised to each other since before time will come—the togetherness of marriage the destiny certain for true souls divine.
